DevOps Engineer - Qonnect

Job Summary:

รับผิดชอบการออกแบบ พัฒนา และดูแล Infrastructure, Cloud Platform และ Deployment Pipeline สำหรับโซลูชัน Industrial IoT, AI และ Software Application ของ Qonnect

ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Software Developer, Data/AI Engineer และ Project Manager เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถ Deploy ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ปลอดภัย มีเสถียรภาพ และสามารถรองรับการใช้งานจริงของลูกค้าในภาคอุตสาหกรรม

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud \& Infrastructure

• ดูแลและบริหาร Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
• ออกแบบและดูแลระบบ Production, Staging และ Development Environment
• บริหาร Network, Server, Security และ System Access
• Monitor และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบอย่างต่อเนื่อง

CI/CD \& Automation

• พัฒนาและดูแล CI/CD Pipeline
• สนับสนุน Automated Build, Test และ Deployment Process
• บริหาร Infrastructure as Code (IaC) เช่น Terraform หรือเครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ปรับปรุง Deployment Process ให้มีความรวดเร็วและลด Manual Operation

Container \& Platform Management

• ดูแล Docker และ Kubernetes Environment
• บริหาร Container Deployment และ Scaling
• สนับสนุน Platform Reliability และ High Availability

Monitoring \& Operations

• ติดตั้งและดูแล Monitoring, Logging และ Alerting System
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไข Production Issues
• ทำ Incident Investigation และ Root Cause Analysis
• สนับสนุน Disaster Recovery และ Backup Strategy

Security \& Governance

• บริหาร Credential, Secret Management และ Access Control
• สนับสนุน Security Best Practices และ DevSecOps
• ดูแล Platform Compliance และ Operational Governance

Qualifications:

• ปริญญาตรีด้าน Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ 2–5 ปีด้าน DevOps, Cloud Engineer, System Engineer หรือ Infrastructure Engineer
• มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Linux Server
• มีประสบการณ์กับ Cloud Platform เช่น Azure หรือ AWS
• มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Docker และ CI/CD Tools
• มีพื้นฐานด้าน Network, Server, Security และ System Administration
• มีทักษะแก้ไขปัญหาและวิเคราะห์ระบบที่ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาได้

Preferred Qualifications:

• ประสบการณ์ด้าน Industrial IoT หรือ Manufacturing System
• ประสบการณ์ Kubernetes
• ประสบการณ์ Terraform หรือ Infrastructure as Code
• ประสบการณ์ Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions หรือ GitLab CI/CD
• ประสบการณ์ Monitoring Tools เช่น Grafana, Prometheus, ELK หรือ Azure Monitor
• มีความรู้ด้าน Cybersecurity หรือ DevSecOps
• มีประสบการณ์ดูแล Production Environment ขนาดใหญ่
• เข้าใจ MQTT, OPC UA หรือ Industrial Networking จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
