Main Responsibilities
- Study customer drawings, specifications and development requirements for new or revised parts.
- Coordinate product development activities from RFQ/sample stage until production handover.
- Follow the product development procedure, including trial planning, sample preparation, documentation and handover to production.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers/vendors and Talbros Engineering, Production and QA/QC teams as required.
- Follow up tooling partners, die makers and fixture suppliers for design finalisation, machining, trials and final handover.
- Track tooling progress, sample readiness, trial runs, development timelines, engineering changes and revision updates.
- Prepare and maintain development records, technical documents, trial reports, sample reports and internal status updates.
- Support QA/QC documentation for development parts, including inspection standards, quality records and sample submission documents.
- Maintain customer drawings, revisions and development files in proper hardcopy and digital folders.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Able to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Solid Edge is an advantage.
- Good coordination, follow-up and communication skills.

- Follow up open development, tooling and quality issues until closure.
- Ask for clarification when unsure instead of assuming or delaying the work.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
