Glory EV Group Pty Ltd is an authorised BYD Service and Sales Centre located in Ringwood, Victoria. The company specialises in EV and PHEV vehicle sales, diagnostics, servicing, warranty support and after-sales technical services for the Australian market.

With the increasing complexity of EV and PHEV technologies, the business is expanding its digital servicing capability and internal operational systems to support vehicle diagnostics, workshop management, customer service efficiency and integrated operational processes. The company is undertaking ongoing digital transformation initiatives involving operational software platforms, servicing technologies and data integration systems.

To support these business developments, Glory EV Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Developer Programmer with experience in automotive software systems, operational platforms and system integration to assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of internal business and servicing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of software applications supporting workshop operations, vehicle servicing processes and customer management systems
• Develop and maintain operational software modules associated with booking systems, inventory tracking, servicing records and warranty management platforms
• Support software configuration, integration and maintenance relating to automotive diagnostic and operational systems
• Assist with data integration between vehicle diagnostic systems, workshop platforms and internal operational software
• Support the functionality and improvement of digital customer interaction and servicing platforms
• Conduct software testing, troubleshooting and validation activities to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency
• Assist in maintaining communication interfaces and operational software functions supporting integrated servicing technologies
• Analyse operational requirements and implement software improvements to enhance workflow automation and business performance
• Prepare technical documentation including software specifications, testing records and maintenance reports
• Collaborate with management, technical staff and operational teams to support ongoing digital transformation projects and business expansion

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Developer Programmer or similar role
• Experience in software development, operational platforms or system integration environments
• Experience or familiarity with automotive servicing systems, diagnostic platforms or vehicle-related operational technologies will be highly regarded
• Knowledge of software integration, database management and system testing processes
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python or related technologies
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary technical and operational teams

Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
