Position Summary

As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support our business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build efficient, scalable, and secure solutions that enhance productivity and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web, desktop, or enterprise applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
• Perform software testing and quality assurance.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Application Developer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
• Experience working in the energy, oil \& gas, or industrial sectors.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
