Northstar Fertility Partners (www.nsfertility.com) is an industry leader in fertility services, specializing in surrogacy, egg donation, and family building through a constellation of expert-led companies. We have helped bring over 11.500 babies into the world through our services. We are looking for a talented and motivated Designer to join our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of creative and digital projects — from designing and building paid media landing pages in Wix, to producing digital ad creative, updating web pages and marketing collateral, and creating Figma mockups. As Northstar’s Designer, you will be responsible for a variety of digital and print design tasks across our Northstar brands. This includes designing and developing paid media landing pages in Wix, creating digital ad assets, updating existing Wix websites, creating new marketing collateral as well as editing existing material, and building Figma wireframes and mockups for review. You will craft visually compelling work that balances strong aesthetic design including imagery, typography, and layout, with a strategic focus on clear communication and brand consistency.

Maintain consistency with provided brand guidelines and approved asset libraries across all deliverables. What you’ll need to succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and tools as our tech stack evolves. What’s nice to have:
Experience with Asana.
Basic video editing or motion asset resizing experience (e.g., Reels, stories, paid video formats) using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere. What are the benefits:
