Position: Freelance Designer with Photoshop and Figma Experience

Growth Leads Limited is a fast paced affiliate iGaming company based in Malta. We create high-quality websites on a variety of topics. We are looking for a freelance designer to assist with the visual design and maintenance of our iGaming and finance websites.

Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with our Design and Content Teams, contributing to the creation and optimization of visual assets across our portfolio of sites.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and updating website visuals and banners using Photoshop and Figma.
• Ensuring designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and optimized for web performance.
• Assisting with UX/UI improvements and providing feedback on design usability.
• Creating engaging graphics for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Photoshop and Figma.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Ability to take initiative, solve design challenges creatively, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Excellent time management skills and availability between the hours of 9am-3pm (GMT) during the initial training period.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is open to feedback.
