We are looking for a Design Director (Interior Design) (m/f/d) who can lead our design studio, establish the creative vision across multiple high-end projects, and inspire a talented team of interior designers. This is more than a management position—you will define the creative direction of our projects, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure every design reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction: Lead the conceptual development and overall design vision for multiple interior design projects from initial briefing through final delivery.

Project Leadership: Oversee project schedules, design quality, resource allocation, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Client Relationship Management: Present design concepts, manage client expectations, and build long-term relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Design Review: Approve layouts, space planning, material selections, FF\&E specifications, mood boards, renderings, and technical documentation while maintaining the highest design standards.

Team Development: Mentor and support interior designers, conduct design reviews, encourage collaboration, and foster continuous professional development.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Innovation \& Trends: Stay current with global interior design trends, sustainable materials, emerging technologies, and luxury design practices to keep our projects at the forefront of the industry.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Significant professional experience in interior design with demonstrated success leading design teams and delivering high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

Portfolio: An impressive portfolio showcasing concept development, completed interior projects, design leadership, and creative problem-solving across a range of project types.

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and industry-standard visualization or rendering software.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Excellent presentation, client management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently communicate design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mindset: A creative and strategic leader who combines artistic vision with commercial awareness, values collaboration, embraces innovation, and consistently delivers exceptional client experiences.

Pay: BD1,800.000 - BD2,800.000 per month
