Deputy Technical Manager (Ready-Mix Concrete)

A leading ready-mix concrete producer in Riyadh is seeking an experienced, proactive Deputy Technical Manager (or Assistant Technical Manager) to direct day-to-day technical operations, quality control, central laboratories, and batch plant compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily technical operations across commercial batch plants, field laboratories, and active project sites.
• Oversee QC teams, testing protocols, raw material compliance, and standard deviation performance to maintain high product quality and SASO standards.
• Coordinate concrete mix design evaluations, trial mixes, and optimizations (SCMs, mass concrete, SCC, low-heat mixes).
• Provide expert on-site technical support for mega-pours, consultant meetings, and customer troubleshooting.
• Act as the vital link between frontline technical teams and executive management while maintaining established systems and team dynamics.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Concrete Technology.
• Experience: 8–12+ years of technical \& QC experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Local Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC, including hot-weather concreting, regional raw materials, and international standards (ACI, ASTM, BS EN, SBC).
• Certifications (Advantageous): NRMCA (CTME), ACI Field/Lab Technician, or ISO 9001 internal auditor.
• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical data evaluation, and excellent technical reporting skills.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
