Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Fluent in Malay and English
• Mandarin proficiency is a bonus
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and adapt
• Able to work on weekends
• Available to work 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures (e.g. suctioning, passing instruments)
• Prepare the treatment room before each patient
• Sterilise and disinfect dental instruments and equipment
• Ensure proper infection control and hygiene protocols are followed
• Provide support and comfort to patients before, during, and after treatment
• Manage dental materials and stock (e.g. restocking, monitoring expiry dates)
• Handle lab cases (e.g. packing, sending out and receiving lab work)
• Perform basic front desk duties when needed (e.g. appointment bookings, answering calls)
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the treatment and waiting areas
