Dental Assistant

Job Title: Ukranian or Russian Speaking Dental Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Ukranian or Russian Speaking Dental Assistant to join our periodontal team. The ideal candidate will assist the team in providing quality care to patients. If you have a passion for periodontal and implant surgery, and excellent patient care, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Assist periodontist during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and for surgery
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Maintain patient records and sterilize instruments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Perform office tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, writing notes and reports, and handling billing

-Maintaining implant and bone graft stock, and prepare for upcoming surgeries

-Maintain inventory of office supplies, and help with ordering and organization

Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in dental assisting
- Knowledge of intraoral scanning software
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Understanding of medical and dental terminology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus

Qualifications

- Familiarity with Adstra Management software is a plus

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
