Dental Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. This position requires proficiency in various dental procedures and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including general dentistry, orthodontics, and pediatrics
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take digital x-rays
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Use itero scan for digital impressions

Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- Current certification in Dental Assisting
- Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with Abledent is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
