Company: UST Title: Delivery Manager About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader, to oversee our Semiconductor Taiwan operations. The person will be taking over a high-performing, established engineering team. The primary focus will be on nurturing our existing client relationships, delivery of the existing Semicon business, driving new business growth within the region, and ensuring operational excellence across the site. They will act as the senior escalation point for the UST Team in terms of compliance, all local matters and work closely with global leadership to execute our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities: * Client Management \& Delivery: Oversee the relationship with our existing key clients. Ensure project milestones are met, maintain high client satisfaction, and act as the senior point of contact for strategic alignment and critical project escalations.

  • Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Taiwan market. Leverage local industry networks to expand our footprint and drive regional revenue growth.

  • Talent Acquisition \& Team Building: Partner with our local recruitment team to drive hiring initiatives. Provide strategic guidance to the recruiter, conduct final-round interviews, and ensure we are bringing top-tier talent into the organization.

  • People \& Operations Management: Serve as the definitive escalation point for HR and performance management. This includes managing complex employee relations, overseeing performance improvement plans, and handling terminations when necessary to maintain team standards.

Qualifications: * Proven experience in leadership, business unit management, or a senior delivery role within the Semiconductor, IT services or technology sector.

  • Strong track record in business development and client relationship management.

  • Experience managing and mentoring recruitment and engineering teams.

  • Expertise in handling sensitive HR matters and performance escalations.

  • Strong understanding of the local Taiwan tech ecosystem and labor market.
