Job Summary

Develop end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions that transform business challenges into scalable, production-ready applications. You will work across the full lifecycle of data products—from business requirement analysis and model development to backend integration and deployment—leveraging Generative AI and advanced analytics technologies.

Job Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze and explore data to identify insights, develop features, and prepare datasets for machine learning applications.
• Design, develop, validate, and optimize machine learning and Generative AI models for real-world business use cases.
• Build and integrate backend services, APIs, and machine learning pipelines into production environments.
• Develop scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions.
• Design and maintain robust data pipelines while ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Apply statistical analysis, optimization techniques, and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business users, domain experts, infrastructure engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Continuously improve AI models, system performance, and deployment processes to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging AI, machine learning, and data science technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Robotics & AI, or related fields. (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Machine Learning, or Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Statistics, Optimization, and Data Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Computer Vision, NLP, or LLM technologies.
• Experience designing end-to-end machine learning solutions, scalable AI systems, data pipelines, and backend integration.
• Strong programming and software engineering fundamentals with the ability to develop production-ready applications.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
• Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Bang Sue, Bangkok).
