About The Turing Trust
The Turing Trust is a growing international IT charity based in Edinburgh, working to bridge the digital divide through the reuse of technology.
We refurbish donated computers, install educational software, and redeploy them to schools and communities around the world that need them most. By extending the life of IT equipment, we help provide access to digital skills while also reducing e-waste and supporting sustainability.
Founded by the family of Alan Turing, our mission is simple: to enable IT-supported learning for everyone, everywhere. Our work spans both the UK and international programmes, helping teachers and students build the digital skills needed for education, work, and opportunity.
To date, we’ve supported over 350,000 learners to access digital education through donated and refurbished computers - and we’re continuing to grow our impact globally.

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who loves turning real-world data into clear, actionable insight - and translating that into compelling stories for partners, donors, and external communications like proposals and website content.
In this role - you’ll sit at the heart of our international programmes, helping us understand:
You will report to the Head of International Programmes and work closely with colleagues in the UK, Malawi, and wider delivery partners using data to shape how our programmes operate and grow.
Alongside core work in Malawi, you will also support international expansion through shipping coordination, partner engagement, and capturing case studies that demonstrate our impact - helping expand access to digital education for tens of thousands of students while reducing e-waste.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a lasting impact and enjoys working at the intersection of data, operations, and international programme delivery.
What You’ll Do
1. Data \& Insight
2. Support Programme Delivery
What We’re Looking For
We’d love it if you brought experience in any of these (but don't worry if you don't):
A Note on Experience
We know this is a long list, but what matters most is a logical mindset, curiosity, and confidence working with imperfect data. Whilst the role will involve working with lots of data, we’re looking for a well-rounded person to join the team.
This role also has a strong people element - building relationships remotely with colleagues in Malawi, communicating with donors, and speaking with beneficiaries to gather insights, feedback, and context behind the data.
If you meet some, but not all, of the requirements and are a quick learner with a can-do attitude, we encourage you to apply.
