The Opportunity The Data Governance \& Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring high-quality, governed, and actionable data across the organization. This role combines data governance, data quality, and reporting capabilities to support regulatory, operational, and strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field. * 5+ years experience in data governance, data quality or reporting roles. * Experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
Technical Skills* SQL, Power BI * Python/R (preferred) * Data governance and data quality tools (Collibra, Talend, etc.) * Understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM)
Soft Skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Stakeholder management and communication * Documentation and process design * Highly structured and organized, with strong attention to details
