Job Title: Data Analyst (Inventory, supply \& Sales)

Location: UAE - Mon-Saturday
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in inventory, supply chain, and sales analysis.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to analyze inventory, supply chain, and sales data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with ERP systems, and the ability to identify trends, improve stock management, and optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory, supply chain, and sales data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory turnover, and product performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards for management.
• Forecast demand and recommend inventory replenishment strategies.
• Identify discrepancies in inventory and recommend corrective actions.
• Support pricing, purchasing, and sales decisions through data analysis.
• Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, retail, and management teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain reports using Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in data analysis, specifically in inventory, supply chain, and sales.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
