[Requirements]

More than 5 years of experience in the following:

• Experience in data analysis at a business company with app/web services
• Skills in extracting and aggregating data using SQL
• Ability to clearly articulate and define issues, and independently proceed through the analytical cycle of formulating hypotheses and verifying data
• Ability to communicate analytical outputs as outcomes that are valuable to stakeholders
• Experience in implementing process improvement and service improvement projects in collaboration with other departments.

[Welcome skills]

• Experience in measuring the effectiveness of marketing and product improvement measures (including A/B testing)
• Project and team management experience
• Experience with data analysis using programming languages such as Python
• Experience in sales planning, KPI management, and business plan creation and operation

[要件]

以下の業務経験が5以上あること：

• アプリ/Webサービスを展開する事業会社でのデータ分析経験
• SQLを使用したデータ抽出・集計スキル
• 課題を明確に表現・定義し、仮説立案とデータ検証の分析サイクルを自主的に進めることができること
• 分析結果をステークホルダーにとって価値のあるアウトカムとして伝える能力
• 他部門と連携したプロセス改善・サービス改善プロジェクトの実施経験。 【歓迎スキル】
• マーケティングや製品改善施策の効果測定（A/Bテスト含む）の経験
• プロジェクトおよびチームマネジメントの経験
• Pythonなどのプログラミング言語を使用したデータ分析の経験
• 販売計画、KPI管理、事業計画作成・運用の経験 応募必要条件
