• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, ICT risk management, or cyber controls.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on cybersecurity assessments.
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Critical thinker with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.
• Degree in Business Informatics, IT, or a related field.
• EU residency.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT consulting or risk management, and familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 or COBIT, with relevant certifications (CISA, CISM).

Your future role * Leading and delivering cybersecurity assessments aligned with regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2 or DORA. * Performing cybersecurity risk assessments. * Managing cybersecurity projects. * Participation in cybersecurity consulting projects (e.g. preparing cybersecurity strategy, data privacy consulting, cybersecurity trainings). * Participation in regional and European level cybersecurity projects as an expert.
