Own the delivery. Shape the future of cyber security.

Make a difference, make it meaningful

Permanent Full Time Opportunities

Sitting at the centre of cyber strategy and delivery, these roles offer the opportunity to shape how security capability is executed across a complex enterprise environment. You’ll take ownership of delivery outcomes across key cyber domains, driving initiatives that strengthen risk management, data protection, and overall security posture.

You’ll step into a pipeline of high-impact programs including Machine Identity Uplift, Quantum Readiness, and DevSecOps transformation, work that is actively reshaping how enterprises secure their digital ecosystems. The role spans project delivery, capability uplift and transformation initiatives, with close engagement across senior cyber and technology stakeholders.

These are visible roles with real breadth, where you’ll be trusted to drive outcomes, navigate competing priorities, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.

The opportunity to join our team

As a Cyber Security Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of cyber initiatives, translating strategy into execution and ensuring outcomes land as intended.

This is a hybrid role across delivery leadership, technical oversight, and stakeholder management. You’ll be responsible for driving projects forward, cutting through ambiguity, and keeping stakeholders aligned in a matrix environment where priorities compete.

You’ll work across multiple initiatives simultaneously, leading the planning, governance, execution, and communication required to deliver outcomes that improve risk posture, uplift controls, and meet regulatory expectations.

What you will be doing

Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber security initiatives across a complex program

Translate strategy into clear delivery plans, managing scope, timelines, risks, and governance

Partner with cyber, infrastructure, and technology teams to drive outcomes

Facilitate requirements, workshops, and solution discussions to support delivery

Ensure initiatives deliver measurable risk reduction and compliance uplift

What you will bring

Proven experience delivering cyber security initiatives

Strong background in project delivery within complex / matrix environments

Solid understanding of cyber domains (e.g. DevSecOps, vulnerability, risk \& compliance)

Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, CPS 234, ISO 27001 or similar

Strong stakeholder management and communication, able to influence at senior levels

Relevant project management and cyber security certifications are desirable (e.g., Security+, Project+, PMBOK, Prince2, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CBAP or equivalent).
