What We Offer

  • $14/hr + $5/hr WFH allowance
  • 3-month contract (renewable based on performance)
  • 8-hour shifts between 9pm – 9am (5 days/week across Monday to Sunday)
  • 100% remote work – no commuting, more flexibility

Your Role

Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Translator and help bridge communication between English and Mandarin speakers in real time. You will:

  • Accurately translate and interpret conversations between English and Mandarin
  • Maintain professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality at all times
  • Convey messages clearly without omission or alteration
  • Facilitate smooth communication in sensitive or fast-paced situation

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent listening, note-taking, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working night shifts (rostered) Prior translation or interpretation experience is a strong plus
