Your Role: as a Customer Support Agent, you will assist customers throughout the after-sales journey, ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience.
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage flight reservations, including bookings, changes, and cancellations;
· Provide customer support via chat and social media platforms;
· Handle back-office tasks related to ticket issuing and reservation management;
· Deliver accurate and timely information to customers;
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication;
· Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Requirements:
· Native European Portuguese speaker;
· English level B2 minimum;
· Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service;
· Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage;
· Previous experience in travel or tourism is a plus;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Availability for rotational schedules.
Schedule:
· Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday;
· Working hours between 08:00 and 20:00;
· 2 rotational days off per week.
What We Offer:
· 6-month renewable contract;
· Base salary: 1,073€ gross/month;
· Performance bonus up to 150€ gross/month;
· Meal allowance: 7.63€ net per working day;
· Health insurance upon monthly payment.
