Your Role: as a Customer Support Agent, you will assist customers throughout the after-sales journey, ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage flight reservations, including bookings, changes, and cancellations;\
Provide customer support via chat and social media platforms;
Handle back-office tasks related to ticket issuing and reservation management;
Deliver accurate and timely information to customers;
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication;
Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Requirements:
Native European Portuguese speaker;
English level B2 minimum;
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service;
Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage;
Previous experience in travel or tourism is a plus;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Availability for rotational schedules.
Schedule:
Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday;
Working hours between 08:00 and 20:00;
2 rotational days off per week.
What We Offer:
6-month renewable contract;
Base salary: 1,073eur gross/month;
Performance bonus up to 150eur gross/month;
Meal allowance: 7.63eur net per working day;
Health insurance upon monthly payment.
