Location: Office-based in Lisbon Your Role As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist customers throughout the after-sales journey, ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience.
Main Responsibilities: Manage flight reservations, including bookings, changes, and cancellations Provide customer support via chat and social media platforms Handle back-office tasks related to ticket issuing and reservation management Deliver accurate and timely information to customers Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Requirements: Native European Portuguese speaker English level B2 minimum Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage Previous experience in travel or tourism is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Availability for rotational schedules Schedule Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday Working hours between 08:00 and 20:00 2 rotational days off per week.
