Job Description

Responsibilities:

● Receive messages from Pancake, Line, and hotline to support students and parents

with issues related to classes.

● Coordinate class opening and scheduling

● Receive student/parent feedback and resolve wherever possible

● Perform tasks as assigned by Manager

● Assist other Schola staff as needed

Requirements:

● Be able to communicate in Thai (From Intermediate level)

● Basic in English

Working Hour :

● Monday to Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons + all day Sunday

(Mon–Fri: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Sat: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Sun: 9:00 AM – 10:00

PM) and according to the shift assignment by the leader.

● In the next 6 months after December 2025, if there are available shifts between

9:00 AM and 6:00PM (Mon-Fri), will be given priority.

Working Place : You will be working remotely at a place that is quiet, has strong and

uninterrupted internet connection
