We are hiring a Customer Services Manager for our office in Warsaw
Your responsibilities
Managing and developing the Customer Service team
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
Representing HAVI during strategic and operational meetings with clients
Ensuring high-quality customer service and delivery of agreed service levels
Overseeing order handling, complaints, documentation, and invoicing processes
Initiating and implementing process improvements, automation, and digital solutions to increase efficiency
Monitoring performance indicators and preparing reports and analyses for clients and management
Close cooperation with Transport, Warehouse Operations, and Procurement departments
Managing the department’s budget and identifying cost optimization opportunities
Developing team competencies through coaching, training, and regular performance evaluations
Our expectations
Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain
Experience working with key business clients
Ability to build relationships and effectively manage stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience in process optimization and implementing improvements
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of ERP systems
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
