Customer Service Specialist

The Client Services Specialist receives and responds to client inquiries and requests.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem;

selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. * Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
