Shad Group is an Australian business providing rideshare rental and Rent-to-Own vehicle solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position within a fast-growing and dynamic company. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key elements of this role include but are not limited to: -
- Answering and directing phone calls from customers
- Greet visitors and answer their queries and provide information.
- Explain Rent-to-Own plans clearly and confidently.
- Assist customers with documentation and contract signing and taking pictures of vehicles.
- Coordinate vehicle handovers and customer onboarding
- Manage basic admin tasks and update internal systems.
- Match customers with suitable vehicles based on budget and needs.
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, responding to emails and preparing documents.
- Maintain professional communication at all times
Provide ad hoc duties where necessary.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven 1 year experience in office administration and customer service role.
- Experience in Car Rentals would be preferred.
- Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Office (excel and word)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent data management \& time management skills
