Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Relations Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact between our company and our clients. This role focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and managing the intake of client-provided materials.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications via email, phone, or other channels
Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships
Receive, organize, and track materials and documentation submitted by clients
Ensure all client submissions are complete, accurate, and delivered on time
Coordinate internally with relevant teams to distribute client materials and updates
Follow up with clients to resolve missing information or clarify requirements
Maintain organized records of client interactions and submitted materials
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes
Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
