Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide professional assistance with their banking needs
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues accurately and efficiently
Process account openings transactions and service requests in accordance with bank policies
Promote banking products and services that match customer needs
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Ensure all transactions comply with banking regulations and internal procedures
Work closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience
Stay informed about bank products services and industry updates
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Finance Banking or a related field
Previous experience in customer service banking or financial services is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and organizational abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
