Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer service operations and support activities
• Lead, coach, and develop customer service representatives
• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Resolve escalated customer inquiries and service issues
• Track key performance indicators and prepare operational reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve customer experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Experience in customer service, client support, contact center operations, or service management
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and team performance

Skills

• Customer service leadership
• Team management and coaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Customer Service, or a related field
