Customer Service Cashier
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch service to our valued customers.
Position Vacancy:
- casual position
- shift times: 11am-6pm
- shifts per week: 3-4 shifts per week
- weekends: includes weekends
- weekday rates: $36.85/hour weekday (Ages 20+) junior rates apply under age 20
- weekend rates: $48.07/hour weekend (Ages 20+) junior rates apply under age 20
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the console system efficiently to process fuel transactions accurately
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and assist with enquiries
- Handle cash, EFTPOS, and electronic transactions with attention to detail
- Restock shelves, maintain store presentation, and uphold safety standards
- Receive, unpack and put away supplier deliveries, including safely lifting and moving stock as required.
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and confident working independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Applicants should be physically capable of performing the inherent requirements including unpacking, lifting and moving stock safely.
