Customer Service Cashier

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch service to our valued customers.

Position Vacancy:

• casual position
• shift times: 11am-6pm
• shifts per week: 3-4 shifts per week
• weekends: includes weekends
• weekday rates: $36.85/hour weekday (Ages 20+) junior rates apply under age 20
• weekend rates: $48.07/hour weekend (Ages 20+) junior rates apply under age 20

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the console system efficiently to process fuel transactions accurately
• Greet customers with a positive attitude and assist with enquiries
• Handle cash, EFTPOS, and electronic transactions with attention to detail
• Restock shelves, maintain store presentation, and uphold safety standards
• Receive, unpack and put away supplier deliveries, including safely lifting and moving stock as required.
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth handovers between shifts

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and confident working independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Applicants should be physically capable of performing the inherent requirements including unpacking, lifting and moving stock safely.
