Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive person to join our busy bakery operations team in a full-time Customer Service \& Operations Coordinator role.

This is a fast-paced hands-on position working across:

  • Customer service
  • Order processing
  • Dispatch coordination
  • Invoicing \& administration
  • Logistics \& pallet control
  • Stock management
  • Production coordination

You’ll be working closely with customers, drivers, packing, production and logistics teams to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication \& organisation skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Good computer/admin skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, administration or FMCG is highly regarded
