The Position

Flehan Skips is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic all-rounder who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service. Working as part of a small and supportive team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers while supporting the smooth day-to-day coordination of our operations.

You will play an important role in connecting our customers, drivers, and internal team by managing enquiries, coordinating bookings, assisting with daily schedules, and ensuring our customers receive a reliable and professional service.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a busy environment where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key.

Business Operating Hours

Customer Service Team supports the business operation across Monday to Saturday with rostered hours.

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00pm
