Customer Relations / Front Desk Manager

Company Overview

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the face of our beauty and aesthetic clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by welcoming visitors, managing enquiries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, email, and other online channels.

Provide accurate information about treatments, services, promotions, and clinic policies.

Assist clients with booking appointments and coordinating treatment schedules.

Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.

Support the clinic team with administrative duties and daily operational tasks.

Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Follow up with customers regarding appointments, enquiries, and post-treatment communications when required.

Requirements

Positive, bubbly, and pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Passionate about beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and self-care.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Customer service-oriented with a genuine desire to help others.

Comfortable communicating through various online platforms, including WhatsApp and social media.

Well-groomed, professional, and confident in interacting with clients.

Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, beauty, healthcare, or aesthetic clinics will be an advantage.

Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays where required.
