The purpose of this role is to connect with a high volume of new and existing ANZ customers to identify lending opportunities and provide working capital solutions to help start, run, and grow their business.

What will your day look like?

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will:

• Actively pursue existing small business customer leads.
• Provide high-quality customer service and solutions to a wide portfolio of small business customers.
• Build and maintain a strong internal network.
• Meet and exceed performance targets.
• Conduct outbound, lead-based calling to existing and new small business customers.
• Refer customers to specialist teams when appropriate.

Partnering with individuals and/or organizations to pursue strategic initiatives, relationships, and opportunities that drive commercial value.

Customer Solutioning

Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/or providing options that meet those needs.

Business Analysis

Translating business requirements into solutions by understanding needs, feasibility, and impact.

Planning and prioritizing work, including people, process, and technology considerations, to deliver on customer needs and strategic priorities. This includes identifying, tracking, and resolving dependencies.

Additional Skills and Attributes

• Ability to investigate customer needs and pain points and make tailored recommendations.
• Passion for helping business owners thrive.
• Delivery Management: Initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and embedding initiatives, products, programs, campaigns, processes, procedures, or changes to achieve defined objectives and outcomes.
• Relationship Management: Building, maintaining, and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
