You'll primarily be the smiling face that serves and sells to our customers in our fantasticretail store at Centre Place Mall in Hamilton:

• Use your outstanding systems and product knowledge to drive sales, provide world-class retail \& customer service, and deliver suitable solutions to customer needs.
• Provide \& flow between virtual services, assisting customers over chat messaging.
• Shine across all customer interactions with your flexible and open attitude, supporting them on their journey with us.

We value a great attitude and a willingness to learn. If you bring skills and experience from retail, contact centre, or customer-facing roles, that’s great, but not essential. The most crucial thing is that you:

• Want to provide world-class customer experiences and connect with people from all walks of life.

• Are a collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills and the capacity to work independently (and earn great commissions by meeting or exceeding sales targets!).

• Working Fridays and Saturdays is a requisite for this role. The hours may change in the future, but it is the expectation that you are available for these days.
