Instant Waves Media GmbH is a Berlin-based production company and TikTok One Partner Agency that develops and produces social media content, TikTok videos, creator content, commercials, and photo productions for brands. To further expand its TikTok One business in Japan, the company is looking for someone to build and manage a strong network of Japanese content creators. As a Creator Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for researching and identifying suitable Japanese creators for brand and TikTok campaigns, analyzing their profiles, audiences, and content quality, managing communication and collaborations, and building long-term relationships with creator partners. You will also maintain the creator database, coordinate campaigns and timelines, and prepare reports and performance analyses. The position is fully remote and is ideal for someone who understands the Japanese social media and creator landscape, has a strong eye for relevant creators and engaging content, and enjoys connecting brands with authentic voices on TikTok.
