Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to produce engaging, high-quality video content that brings our brand and clients' stories to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos for events, corporate productions, social media campaigns, marketing initiatives, and promotional content. This role requires a strong visual eye, storytelling ability, and technical expertise in both video production and post-production.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for corporate events, exhibitions, activations, product launches, interviews, and promotional campaigns ect.
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas based on project briefs.
- Operate professional cameras, drones (where licensed), gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Capture high-quality footage in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
- Edit videos using professional software, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and transitions.
- Create short-form content optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Eurostaffs, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and project teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage video assets, organize project files, and maintain equipment.
- Stay up to date with the latest video production trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high production standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Media, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional videography and video editing experience preferabely in an agency .
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, corporate, event, and social media video projects.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Audition.
- Experience with gimbals, lighting setups, microphones, and audio recording.
- Strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, and cinematography.
- Knowledge of color grading and audio mixing.
- Ability to storyboard and translate concepts into compelling visual content.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Drone operation certification and experience.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
- Motion graphics and animation skills.
- Photography experience.
- Knowledge of live event coverage and multi-camera production.
- Experience in the events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing industry.
