We specialise in paid advertising, content creation, social media marketing, SEO, web development, and automation. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly driven Creative Content Creator \& Video Editor to help build our clients' brands and SoudCoh's own online presence.
The Role
This is not a traditional video editing position.
We're looking for someone who can think like a content creator, move fast, and produce high-performing content at scale.
You'll be responsible for filming, editing, and producing content for directors' personal brands, company social media channels, client campaigns, YouTube content, podcasts, and paid advertising creatives.
The ideal candidate understands modern social media, can edit quickly, create engaging captions, identify viral hooks, and turn one piece of content into multiple assets across different platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and edit content for directors' personal brands and company social media channels
- Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Eurostaffs
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and educational content
- Design thumbnails, ad creatives, graphics, and visual assets using Photoshop
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and animations where required
- Repurpose content into multiple formats and platform-specific variations
- Assist in planning content ideas, trends, hooks, and creative concepts
- Manage content workflows and organise media efficiently
- Deliver fast turnaround edits while maintaining quality
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and content strategies
- Help grow SoudCoh's social media presence, YouTube channels, and client brands
What Success Looks Like
- Producing 8-10+ edited videos per day when required. Quick edits.
- Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
- Consistently creating engaging, high-retention content
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends
- Building efficient editing systems and workflows
- Helping generate growth across company and client social media channels
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in video editing and content creation
- Skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent editing software
- Strong Photoshop skills for thumbnails, graphics, and creative assets
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Eurostaffs
- Understanding of retention editing, storytelling, hooks, and viral content formats
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to take initiative and bring fresh content ideas to the table
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics and animation experience
- Camera operation and filming experience
- YouTube growth knowledge
- Experience with Meta Ads creatives
- Photography and content production experience
