We are an established luxury nail studio and nail school in downtown Toronto looking for a highly creative and ambitious Social Media \& Growth Strategist to help scale our brand across Instagram, TikTok, and online education platforms.

Our studio specializes in advanced Eastern European E-file/Russian manicure techniques and celebrity-level nail services. We are looking for someone who understands modern social media, viral Reels, beauty branding, and audience growth.

This is NOT a basic posting job.
We are looking for a visionary creative person who understands:

• Instagram growth
• Viral Reels strategy
• Content planning
• Personal branding
• Beauty industry marketing
• Audience psychology
• Luxury aesthetics
• Social media trends

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute social media growth strategies
• Plan and film engaging Instagram/TikTok Reels
• Edit short-form video content
• Develop viral hooks and content ideas
• Help grow our Instagram and online visibility
• Build brand identity and educational positioning
• Analyze social media performance and engagement
• Assist with launches of beauty courses and webinars

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about beauty, fashion, luxury, or education industries
• Understands Instagram and TikTok trends deeply
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills
• Creative thinker with marketing instincts
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
• Confident in content direction and branding
• Experience growing social media accounts is a strong asset

Bonus:

• Photography/videography experience
• Experience with Meta Ads
• Experience growing beauty brands or personal brands
• UGC/content creator background
