Creative Production Assistant

Petiole Foods is looking for an organised, hands-on Creative Production Assistant to support our marketing team with everyday design tasks, content updates, practical coordination, and follow-ups across our brands.

This is an execution-focused support position—not a senior designer or marketing strategist role. You should enjoy turning clear instructions into finished work, handling smaller details accurately, and keeping tasks moving through to completion.

Practical familiarity with AI-assisted tools is preferred. Advanced design qualifications and coding experience are not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update simple marketing materials: Brochures, company profiles, loyalty cards, flyers, promotional materials, basic packaging artwork, and labels using approved templates and brand assets.
• Edit and prepare content: Update text, prices, descriptions, and images; make layout adjustments; resize artwork; and prepare accurate files for print and digital use.
• Support social media content: Make simple changes to existing graphics and captions, adapt content into different formats, and check information before finalisation.
• Maintain delivery-platform listings: Update approved menus, prices, descriptions, images, and availability, then verify that the changes appear correctly.
• Assist with website and online-store content: Make straightforward product and page updates. Basic no-code online-shop setup and maintenance skills are an advantage.
• Handle practical marketing coordination: Follow up with suppliers and printers, arrange samples and proofs, coordinate collections and deliveries, and complete marketing-related errands.
• Manage task follow-through: Take over assigned work for finalisation, track deadlines and outstanding actions, flag delays, and follow up until completion.
• Use modern tools and maintain organised files: Apply approved AI tools and templates to work efficiently, check the results carefully, and keep editable files and final materials accessible to the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Practical ability in simple graphic design and formatting using Canva or similar tools.
• Good written communication, proofreading ability, and attention to detail.
• Strong organisation, time management, and dependable follow-up.
• Confidence with everyday digital platforms and a willingness to learn new systems.
• The ability to follow brand guidelines, work from approved information, and complete straightforward tasks with limited supervision.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to handle both desk-based creative work and practical marketing coordination.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with AI-assisted design, writing, image editing, or formatting tools is preferred. Experience with delivery-platform menus, product listings, printing suppliers, or basic no-code online stores would also be an advantage.

Practical ability and reliability matter more than an advanced design qualification. You do not need a highly polished professional portfolio; a few relevant examples of simple design, formatting, or content-editing work are welcome.
