Job Description

Job Summary

This role focuses on campaign planning, content creation, social media management, influencer partnerships, and brand development to drive guest engagement and venue awareness.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, operations, and external partners, the successful candidate will ensure consistent, creative, and timely marketing execution across all three nightlife concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns \& Brand Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and venue activations.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, events, and launches are delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Events, Sales, and Partnerships to support business objectives.

Social Media \& Content

  • Develop and manage content calendars across all social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including photography, short-form videos, and copy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.
  • Attend events and activations to capture real-time content for marketing purposes.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer and external vendors to produce high-quality creative assets.

Influencer \& Partnership Management

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and media partners.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs, event invitations, and content deliverables.
  • Monitor the performance and ROI of influencer collaborations.

Copywriting \& Communications

  • Write compelling copy for social media, EDMs, promotional campaigns, website updates, and marketing collateral.
  • Support CRM and email marketing initiatives with audience-focused communications.

Analytics \& Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and social media analytics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Track key marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Qualifications \& Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or brand management, preferably within the hospitality, nightlife, lifestyle, entertainment, or F\&B industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects, Canva, Figma, or AI-powered creative tools is an advantage.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, social media management platforms, and basic photo and video editing is preferred

  • Strong creative thinking and campaign ideation skills.
  • Good eye for branding, design, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable creating content and coordinating with designers, photographers, influencers, and external partners.
  • Flexible to support evening, weekend, and event activations when required.
  • Passion for hospitality, nightlife, music, and entertainment, with sound professional judgement.
