About Us

Blumen Coffee \& Sweets Café is a growing specialty coffee brand dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee, desserts, and customer experiences. We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Creative Director who understands the coffee industry and can lead our brand's visual identity, marketing campaigns, and in-store creative experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall creative vision for the Blumen brand.
• Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all branches and digital platforms.
• Design and oversee seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
• Direct food and beverage photography, videography, and social media content.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Design menus, packaging, merchandise, in-store signage, and promotional displays.
• Stay updated with global coffee industry trends and implement innovative creative ideas.
• Manage external agencies, photographers, designers, and content creators when required.
• Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead within the coffee shop, café, or specialty coffee industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, packaging, menus, and digital content for coffee brands.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other creative tools.
• Experience directing photo and video shoots for food and beverages.
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, customer experience, and social media marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
