About The Role:
The Creative Content Coordinator is responsible for the strategic development and oversight of ONErpm’s internal owned and operated digital network out of Malaysia. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of digital ecosystems, focusing on the growth of multi-channel network across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will lead a team of editors to deploy a blend of long-form assets (playlists, mixes) and high-velocity short-form content (edits, fanpages, and burner accounts) to drive discovery for ONErpm’s global priority roster.
This role is a full time consultancy opportunity and is part of our newly established "Owned and Operated Network Department".
Responsibilities :
Lead the architecture and scaling of a centralized network of genre-specific and mood-based channels
Manage a dedicated team of Content Editors, ensuring high-volume output meets global quality standards and brand safety.
Direct the production and deployment of diverse content formats, including lyric videos, "sped-up" audio trends, and long-form curated mixes.
Identify and evaluate dormant or undervalued digital channels for acquisition to accelerate audience growth.
Analyze performance data to identify emerging trends and viral signals, providing actionable insights to the A\&R and Marketing departments.
Qualifications :
Experience in digital content strategy, video production, or social media management within the social media, music or entertainment industry.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) and professional mobile editing tools (CapCut).
Technical knowledge of channel growth, YouTube Content ID mechanics, and TikTok/Reels algorithms.
Experience in managing creative teams and high-volume production workflows
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate platform data into content pivots.
English proficiency (written and verbal)
