Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Couture Bridal Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious bridal boutique, helping brides find their perfect wedding gown and creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for special occasions. Prior experience in retail or fashion is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important.

Duties

• Assist brides and clients in selecting wedding gowns and accessories that suit their style and preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice to ensure each bride feels confident and beautiful
• Measure clients accurately and assist with fittings to ensure proper gown fit
• Maintain the boutique’s appearance by organizing displays and ensuring the space is clean and inviting
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Educate clients about different fabrics, styles, and designers to enhance their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service

Skills

• Basic math skills for measuring, pricing, and transaction processing
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for fashion, bridal wear, or event planning is a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing our brand effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$28.87 per hour
