Course Enrolment Advisor (Remote, Commission – €12K/month OTE)

Pyramid Holistic Training Centre is an ITEC- and FHT-accredited training centre with locations in Donegal and Mullingar. We train people to become qualified holistic therapists through ITEC Diplomas in Holistic Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy.

Most of our students are career changers — people leaving corporate, healthcare and other jobs for flexible, meaningful work. Your job is to help them make that decision with confidence.

*The role*

You'll speak with warm, inbound enquiries who have already put their hand up — from our ads and our free Masterclass. No cold calling. You'll run advisory calls, understand what each person wants from a career change, match them to the right diploma, and enrol them.

*What you'll do*

- Call new enquiries within minutes of them coming in

- Run structured advisory calls by phone and Zoom

- Match each prospect to the right diploma and package

- Take deposits and set up payment plans live on the call

- Follow up consistently with prospects who need time to decide

- Log every call, outcome and next step in our CRM (GoHighLevel)

- Hit weekly targets on contact rate, bookings, show rate and enrolments

*What you'll earn*

- 10% commission on all cash collected, uncapped

- Our main package is €4,000 — at target (30 enrolments a month) that's €12,000 a month, €144,000 a year

- Commission is paid on instalment plans as payments land, so your monthly earnings compound as your book grows

*What we're looking for*

- 1+ years in phone sales, admissions, enrolment or high-ticket closing

- A consultative, warm style — our buyers are making a life decision, not an impulse purchase

- Comfortable asking for the deposit on the call

- Disciplined with CRM notes and follow-up

- Self-employed or able to work on a contract basis

- Fluent English, based in Ireland (or Irish time zone)

- Experience selling education, courses, coaching or wellness

- Interest in holistic therapy or wellbeing

- Used GoHighLevel or a similar CRM

• 15-minute phone screen.* Antoinette. Check: real numbers from past roles (deals per month, average deal size), availability, and whether they sound warm and confident on the phone.
• Role-play (30 minutes, Zoom).* We play a career changer who is interested but nervous about the €4,000. The candidate runs the advisory call and must ask for the €200 deposit. Score: rapport, questions asked, handling the price objection, asking for the deposit.
• Offer + trial.* Contractor agreement with the 10% on cash collected terms, clawback rule and payment date. First 2 weeks shadowing and live calls with call recording reviewed.
