Requirements

Experience
  • At least 15 years

    Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Developer

Responsibilities & Context

  • Project Oversight: Ensure timely, on-budget, and quality completion of all construction projects.
  • Team Leadership: Manage local project teams, contractors, and site managers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities meet local regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, government bodies, and company headquarters.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement country-specific construction strategies.
