Job Summary
The Counter Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, handling cashier duties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the outlet.
RequirementsPreferred Qualifications
- Food Safety Course Level 1 certified (preferred).
- Prior experience in F\&B or retail service is an advantage.
- Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
Skills
- Good customer service skills.
- Basic cash handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Able to stand for long periods.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours
- 5 or 6-day work week.
- Shift work including weekends and public holidays.
- Overtime may be required during peak periods.
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
