What You’ll Be Doing: * Develop conceptual, preliminary designs for steel structures/ framing. * Prepare engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software. * Perform basic engineering calculations related to structural integrity, loading, welding, and fabrication requirements. * Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective. * Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives. * Attend site visits and customer meetings when required. * Provide technical clarification to clients and internal teams. * Review customer enquiries, specifications, and drawings. * Prepare material take-offs, quantity calculations, and cost estimates. * Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Develop detailed project cost breakdowns covering materials, fabrication, machining, painting, transportation, and installation. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers. * Support contract review and tender submissions

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 1- 3 years’ (including Fresh Graduate) work experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software (SolidWorks, Tekla, Staad Pro, Sap2000, or similar).
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, welding, machining, surface treatment, and assembly.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with material take-off, cost estimation, and tender preparation.
• Good understanding of structural steel materials and manufacturing methods.
• Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple projects.
• Able to work independently and collaborate across departments
